Blackburn vehicle refurbishment experts Bus and Coach World have expanded to new premises to cope with a rise in demand.
The family-run company, set up in 2007 by father and son team Phillip and Robert Hilton, have moved to a new, larger base at Appleby St Business Park, Blackburn.
The spacious new premises will enable to company to increase the capacity of work undertaken simultaneously, as well as allowing new members of staff to be recruited to cope with the heightened demand.
Bus and Coach World has seen a sharp rise in companies wishing to refurbish old vehicles during the economic downturn.
Managing director Philip Hilton MBE said: “Refurbishing and repairing existing vehicles makes perfect sense as it’s a fraction of the cost of buying new. Our new premises have given us the capacity to fulfil even more successful projects and continue to expand our business.”
